Rules and proposed changes for Washington -Recreational Use

The Washington State Liquor Control Board has released its latest rules for the state’s recreational marijuana market, with new limits on production and specifics about how many stores it plans to license, rules for edibles and packaging, as well as zoning guidelines. The proposed rules, which won’t be finalized until after public hearings and a board vote next month say there will be 334 possible retail stores. Once approved, a 30-day application window will open on November 18 and licenses will be issued later this year or early 2014.
